How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the website:

• Open "My Account".
• Tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the page.
• Confirm with your password.

The account is deleted straight away. If you cannot sign in, message @rentli_uz on Telegram or call +998 (99) 565-36-63 and give the phone number the account is registered to. We then confirm the request comes from the account owner and delete the data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, phone number, password hash.
• Your listings, including their photos.
• Your favourites.
• Your support-chat messages.
• Your device push notification tokens.

What is retained, and why

• Records of completed payments — kept for the period required by Uzbek accounting and tax law.
• Technical logs — kept for no more than 12 months, and containing neither your name nor your password.

This data is not used for profiling and is not linked back to you after your account is deleted.

What happens afterwards

You will no longer be able to sign in, and your listings will stop appearing on the site and in the app. A deleted account cannot be restored — you can register again with the same phone number if you want to.
